Discussion
Secretary bonding is $50.00, paperwork in process. Officers to remain in position for another month, per Ron, anyone interested in filling the President position please contact him. Terms still need to be determined. Pat Vawter accepts 3 year term as board member. Ron accepts 3 year term as board member. Natalie accepts 3 year term as board member. Request for funding presented by David Short, Mr. Hartford, for float. The float this year will say 'Community of Hartford' with a New Orleans theme. Motion to pay $125 to the Blossomtime Hartford Float Committee as requested by David Short, Mr. Hartford. The remaining $125 (past budgets allowed payment of $250 to float committee) to be held in reserve no later than 4/1/07, then to be reviewed for final issuance at the April meeting. Motion carried. Non-for-profit status has been approved and made effective back to 2002, 501 (c6). Strawberry Festival meeting scheduled for Thurs at 7 p.m. at City Hall. Michigan Chamber, U.S. Chamber and Southwestern Michigan Tourist link are now available on the website. Meeting adjourned by Ron Sefcik, President at 12:50 p.m.
