Minutes March 13,2007
Meeting called to order by President Ron Sefcik at 12:10 p.m. Joined
together in Pledge.
Board members present; Ron Sefcik, Richard McDermott, Natalie Rios, Tad
Moody, RoxAnn
Isbrecht, Shelia Darling, Kim Sinclair and Pastor Ron Hansen. Absent;
Pat Vawter.
Motion to approve minutes made by Kim Sinclair and Ron seconds ..
passed.
Treasurer's Report
Tad Moody, Treasurer, reports balance as of 2-19-07
is $2391.67.
Discussion
-
Shelia, Pat, RoxAnn, and
Pastor Ron accept 1 year term as board members. Rich, Kim and Tad accept
2 year term as board members.

Ron spoke to Dennis Goss
regarding Hartford floats, they have combined to have 1 float. Check for
$125 to be issued to Dennis Goss for floats.

Discussed invoicing for
annual dues in December 2007 for 2008.

First $500 reward to be
issued to Chamber member, Tim Foster Farms, an arrest and conviction
have been made, all supporting documentation is in. Ron motions to make
reward payment to Foster Farms in $500, Kim seconds ... passed. Rich to
drop off check. Natalie to submit write up for TriCity Record.

Received 28 returned
surveys for annual dinner.

Meeting times to stay the
same.

Discussed having business
orientated activities quarterly.

Would like to see
information on 94 corridor, DDA, houses being built behind the cemetery
(WODA).

Rich has a gentleman that
would like to speak about preventing identity theft. Identity
theft speaker pushed to September.

Chemical Bank celebrating
40 years at the end of June. This to be an After-Hours Event with a
speaker regarding forged checks.

Discussion of 94 corridor
tentatively for Annual Meeting/Dinner.

Kim and Mary to work on
Arts and Crafts for Strawberry Fest, Natalie and Rich to work on
entertainment. Meeting Wednesday March 21 st @ 7:30 p.m.

Discussed Community Clean
Up Day.
