Meeting Minutes

Meeting called to order by Sefcik at 12:00 P.M.

Pledge of allegiance was said.

Members Present: Ackerman; Darling; Moody; Rodney-Isbrecht; Sefcik; and Sinclair

Members Absent: Rios; Vawter; and Nye

Motion by Sinclair, seconded by Moody to approve the agenda as presented.

Motion carried

Motion by Sinclair, seconded by Sefcik to approve the minutes of the September 9, 2008 meeting as presented.

Treasurer's Report

$4159.85 ending balance, CD has not changed, 2 current bills, $75.97 to Harding’s for October luncheon and $58.80 postage for stamps.

Motion by Sefcik, seconded by Sinclair to pay bills as presented and accept the treasurer’s report.

Discussion

Sheriff’s office is putting on a one day business protection seminar at the VBISD on October 29, 2008

Lunch was served

Dave Levstek presented information on Hartford Public Schools goals and strategic plan. Community meetings will be October 28 and November 25 at 7:00 p.m. at the HS/MS Auditorium.

Motion by Sinclair, seconded by Ackerman to adjourn the meeting at 1:10 P.M.
