             Have you seen the new Chamber signs . . . how could you miss them?  Check Out The Fall Scene in Hartford Michigan
Thanks to the Hartford Area Chamber of Commerce, Sinclair Graphics, Larry Walters, Ron and Emma Sefcik for designing, creating, and installing our new 4'x8' signs by I-94 and Pioneer Cemetery. The talent we have in Hartford is incredible...these signs are awesome and we hope to do more of them throughout the year!

Send the Chamber an email to let us know what you think and if your group or organization would like to help out with future signs for our community.  If you have any ideas for new signs....would love to hear them.

☼  If you see anyone defacing our signs, as well as any sign or building, call 9-1-1, the Hartford Police at (269) 621-3225, or Van Buren Co. Sheriff's Department at (269) 657-3101. Remember, the Chamber offers a $500 reward for information leading to the arrest and conviction of person or persons vandalizing or unlawfully breaking into the premises of any member of the Hartford Area Chamber of Commerce (another good reason for joining the Chamber).

☼  Be on the lookout for the Holiday Extravaganza give away buckets at local  participating chamber member stores. Click here for a complete list of our Chamber members. With gas prices so high, it pays to shop locally.  No age restrictions - enter as many times as you wish. Drawing held December 8th during  Christmas in the Park.
 

Winter coat give away at Hartford Michigan

☼  Do you have extra winter coats, gloves, hats?  Tad Moody, our Chamber Treasurer, is again collecting all sizes of winter wear for men, women, and children to be given to those in need of warm winter clothing.  Several coats were distributed last year during the Christmas In The Park event. ☼  Annual Chamber of Commerce memberships are due to expire at the end of December. Membership renewal forms will be mail to you in a couple of weeks or click here for a membership renewal form.  Not a Chamber member?  Send in your new membership request or renewal payment today.  We’d be happy to reinstate your membership status or welcome new members.

$15.00 for individuals and $30.00 for businesses and organizations.

☼ It was decided to move our Chamber Annual Meeting to February 2008 to be held at the Van Buren Conference Center in Lawrence.  Reason for the change is because the holiday period is s-o-o-o busy for everyone. The board felt the later date would be best for all.  Besides . . . it will be a nice something to do for breaking up the winter.  An Annual Meeting-Dinner letter will be mailed at a later time.
