Special thanks to Craig & Karen Ramsay, Missionaries for 1 year in Show Low AZ,
for donating bikes that made some "big kids" very happy!

The story behind the Mountain Bikes

We left May 26th from St. Johns, MI in a small caravan.  Craig and Amy were in the pickup truck that had a bike rack attached to the back with our 4 bikes.  I followed with our car.  We were almost to Niles (actually Hartford) when I noticed the bikes were "swaying" a little on the bike carrier.  I called Craig, and we stopped at the Hartford McDonalds.  After evaluating the situation, Craig determined that the carrier would not be secure enough to hold the bikes all the way to Arizona!  We prayed, and then you will never guess what happened!  A couple (Ron and Emma who we found out later were believers) pulled in beside us with a pickup truck. I asked them if they had any need of some bikes. They said they knew this didn't "just happen."  Ron and Emma are head of the Strawberry Festival in that area, and they give away BIKES to the kids, many of whom are from low income families.  How excited we all were when we realized what God did!  Now, some happy people are enjoying our bikes!  Praise the Lord!
