Rudell Real Estate

Bernice Matrau Rudell became licensed as a real estate salesperson in the late 1960s and worked for LaVerne R. Rice Realtor.  She opened her own office in the spring of 1974 in the former Cecil Cupp Office on South Center Street.
In 1986, Bernice purchased and remodeled the building, located at 61210 CR687 - just north of the Panel Room Restaurant, which was a gas station for many years.  During her ownership of the business, Bernice employed up to 9 salespeople in this office.
In January, 2000, Bernice decided to retire and the business was sold to her son and his wife, Greg and Jennifer Rudell.  Jennifer presently runs the real estate office, now located on the mid-south side of Main Street.

Webmaster note:  Over the years, Bernice worked very hard in her real estate business and became a well-known achiever in her profession.  She helped many find affordable housing and brought many fine families to our community.  She remains active in the community and will be remembered for a long time as one who cared about the people she served so well.
