May 31, 2004 - Photo of the
Woolcott family in front of the Hartford House was submitted by Haynes
Woolcott, with the following notation: "My great
grandfather Sam Woolcott is standing in-between the buggy and the building
(man with white whiskers.) My grandparents, Marlow & Iva Woolcott, are in
the rubber tire buggy holding my Dad, Dale. The buggy is pulled by an
Arabian mare and the dog sitting in the buggy was named Clondike."
"On the right is Al Watkins, the horse was called Old Bill and he is pulling
a hack. Photo was dated in 1902." |
