A manager of the houses will address everyday questions and maintenance problems
A maintenance person will keep the homes in good shape
Homes leased for 1-year intervals, but can continue to be leased for the full 15 years.
After 15 years, the homes will be available for purchase.
Prior to selling the homes, WODA will refurbish as necessary.

    Located at Hartford Blvd, just off of Main Street on the west side of Hartford next to Pioneer Cemetery.
