	Service records or records request a copy of your own or of an immediate relative. Double click on this link to go directly to the Military Records Division. http://www.archives.gov/facilities/mo/st_louis/military_personnel_records/standard_form_180.html Download FREE Standard Form 180 in pdf format to request military records. Can be completed from your computer, printed out, and sent in. Requires Adobe Reader, which can be downloaded for FREE from www.adobe.com. There are several sections to look at in the bulleted sections regarding records, medals, and awards of family members. Be sure to read and follow the instructions well to avoid any delays.
