Hali Burchfield

A benefit spaghetti dinner is scheduled for Friday, February 24th for Hali Burchfield who was in a serious car accident last weekend in Minneapolis. The car Hali was driving was hit by a drunk driver causing severe head injuries to Hali. Hali was in Minneapolis to shop for her wedding dress. She is scheduled to graduate from Michigan Tech in April and be married in May. Continued prayers for Hali and also her parents who are at her bedside in Minneapolis.

The spaghetti dinner will be held at the Middle School cafeteria.

Ceremony in Ely Park immediately following parade.

▪ 12:00 p.m. Keeler Parade - starts at corner light and on to Keeler Cemetery.

Letter was written in July, 1944 from Rome describes the entrance of American troops into Rome, the retreat of the German armies. Another Letter appeared in the Day Spring in March,1945 and was written from Anzio beachhead in Italy.
